Saturday, May 2nd, Baylor Family Medicine at Wylie will be providing physicals. Please do not call clinic; no appointment necessary. The cost of screening is $20, checks can be made out to "Wylie ISD". Please download paperwork from Wylie ISD to bring with you to screening.
